In order to make a booking, we require a 50% deposit based on the price of your event (number of guests, travel fee, venue hire, etc). This deposit can be made over the phone via credit card during business hours at our studio at The WA Performance School on (08) 9388 6970 (please note a 1.88% surcharge applies to all credit card payments), or via direct deposit into the following account:

We require that you confirm for us at least 21 days before the date of your function how many guests you expect, and the remaining 50% payment will be adjusted based on this information. Note that some services must be paid for in full (i.e. waiters, performances). Ask your event coordinator for more information.
The remaining amount due will not decrease within this 21 day period. If you lower your guest numbers within this period, we can not lower the cost of the function.
The remaining amount will be paid in cash on the night of the party directly to your hostess – you must ensure you carry the correct change. Alternatively you may pay your remaining amount as cleared funds before the party. Failure to pay the amount as cleared funds on or before the party will incur a $50 fee.
Do note that cancellation fees may apply if your function is cancelled without significant notice. A $50 fee applies if you cancel more than 21 days before the date of the function, a $100 fee for cancellations between 14 and 21 days before the function date, and within 14 days before your function the full deposit amount will apply.
Please remember that you are required to provide the space for the function, and the stereo (with aux connectivity or bluetooth). Additionally, we ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you require customisation of your package (e.g. performance, or intermediate/advanced level dance lesson, waiter services, etc) as extra costs and staffing adjustments may apply depending on your needs.
