Stretch & Flex is an open level masterclass where you’ll learn effective strategies to improve your overall flexibility, while teaching you safe and easy ways to get your body safely stretched for the stage! A great workshop to complement your dance journey. Stretch & Flex is the perfect way to start your day of workshops here at LVC!

Floor & Flight: Floorwork & Floor-Based Acro-Tricks

“Floor & Flight” is an exciting open level floorwork masterclass designed to teach you the incredible tricks, technique and floor work seen in gymnastics and floor-based acrobatics. Level-up any routine by learning how to safely perform exciting tricks and techniques to give your act a winning edge as you refine your flexibility, strength, balance, and dance technique.
HOT TIP: We recommend taking this workshop in combination with our “Stretch & Flex: Performance Conditioning” workshop, which runs directly beforehand.

Lap Dance

Join us for this special edition one-day-only workshop all about Lap Dance – an open level floorwork masterclass designed to teach you the seductive art of Lap Dancing and all the moves perfect for both the dancefloor and the bedroom! Taught by sensual sensation London Loufoque, you’ll learn the techniques to seduce and tease anyone lucky enough to be seated under you!
