Join Lady Velvet Cabaret as we mix’n’match two of our favourite styles – Burlesque and Tap Dance! In this two week intensive, you’ll cover tap choreography with a Burlesque edge, costuming, and tap-lesque confidence. You can even shake, shimmy, and show off your new routine in style at a real burlesque show! This course is suitable for those with some prior tap experience, including students in our Lady Velvet Cabaret Beginner or Intermediate Tap Dance classes.

When: Thursday Sep 29th & Thursday Oct 6th, 5:15pm-6:15pm
(plus performance & final rehearsal 9th October)
Where: Lady Velvet Cabaret. 3 Price Street Subiaco
Cost: $60 per person including performance at The Royale Theatre October 9th!

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring: Your tap shoes (no “rubbers” on tarkett) – a board is required for performance

All fees must be cleared by 22 September to confirm your place in the course. This course is offered by Lady Velvet Cabaret and is open to students 18+ only. Please note that last minute cancellations (5 days or less notice before first lesson) CANNOT be refunded or offered a credit – all bookings are finalised at this point to ensure the course can go ahead as planned.
